Leading solar manufacturer Waaree Energies Ltd has received new orders totalling 692 MW for solar-module supplies across Indian and US markets. 

The contracts expand Waaree’s order book to record levels, driven by global demand for reliable, cost-efficient photovoltaic modules. 

With a cumulative 12 GW manufacturing capacity,  Waaree is among the firms benefiting from India’s Production-Linked Incentive (PLI) scheme for solar manufacturing. 

The development also highlights India’s emergence as a competitive export hub in the renewable-equipment supply chain.
