To balance industrial growth with environmental preservation, local authorities have imposed rigorous safeguards to ensure that drilling operations do not disrupt the region’s vital irrigation canals or agricultural runoff. 

This clearance aligns with the national "Samudra Manthan" mission, focusing on boosting domestic oil and gas output through technologically advanced exploration in the prolific Krishna-Godavari basin.
