Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals (GNFC) has commissioned Toyo Engineering India for a Rs 360-crore Lump Sum Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (LEPC) project at its Dahej complex. 

The contract involves the development of a new 480 MTPD Ammonium Nitrate-II plant using advanced technology licensed from Spain’s INCRO, S.A., which will effectively double GNFC’s current capacity in this segment. 

Scheduled for completion within 20 months, this investment is a cornerstone of GNFC’s roadmap to optimize chemical processes and meet the surging domestic demand for industrial fertilizers.
