SSEPL to establish Rs 1,076 crore PCB unit in Andhra Pradesh

Power Generation  -  Sep 11,2025  -

Andhra Pradesh's electronics manufacturing ecosystem is set for a major boost with SSEPL’s (Shri Sanvariya Energy Private Limited) new Printed Circuit Board (PCB) plant.

The company is set to invest a substantial Rs 1,076 crore in the facility, which will be strategically located in the Kadapa Electronics Manufacturing Cluster (EMC).

The project is a key part of the state’s strategy to become a hub for electronic components and is expected to create more than 1,500 direct and indirect jobs.

The new plant will produce multi-layer PCBs, a vital component for a wide range of electronic devices, including consumer durables, automotive electronics, and telecommunication equipment.

The project is anticipated to begin commercial production within the next two years, significantly enhancing India’s domestic manufacturing capabilities and reducing its reliance on imports.
