Saya Group has signed a deal with Carnation Hotels which manages Lemon Tree Hotels, to run and manage 336 fully-serviced business suites under the BIZTOP brand at Saya SouthX in Greater Noida West.

These BIZTOP suites are designed as high-quality, fully-furnished places for business stays. They aim to meet the growing need from professionals, business owners, and people traveling for long business trips who want comfort, flexibility, and easy access – all key features of modern city living.

Each BIZTOP suite is about 668 square feet and is located on the 7th to 25th floors of Saya SouthX. This is a 3-acre commercial area that also includes shops, fancy restaurants, a movie theater, gyms, and banquet halls. Lemon Tree Hotels will manage these operations, making sure high standards of hospitality and smooth services are provided.
