The company is significantly expanding its capacity in solar manufacturing, focusing on components essential for utility-scale projects. 

Concurrently, it has secured new contracts in the power distribution sector, particularly for smart metering and distribution equipment, capitalizing on the government's push for modernization.

Financially, the company is preparing for a strategic market listing or migration to a higher segment on the stock exchange to enhance its visibility and liquidity. 

RMC Switchgears has demonstrated robust recent growth, with its Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing by over 110% in the last reported fiscal year (FY25) compared to the preceding year (FY24), with annual revenue standing at approximately Rs 319 crore (FY25).
