Reliance Consumer Products Limited has announced an investment of Rs.1,622 crore to set up a large beverage manufacturing plant in Kurnool district of Andhra Pradesh. 

The facility will significantly expand Reliance’s FMCG manufacturing footprint in south India and cater to rising domestic consumption. 

The project is part of the state government’s strategy to attract large-scale investments to backward regions. 

It is expected to create substantial direct and indirect employment opportunities while supporting local MSME suppliers. 

The plant will also strengthen Andhra Pradesh’s position in food and beverage manufacturing.
