Renewable energy company Premier Energies has commenced production at its new 1.2 GW n-type G12R solar cell line in Hyderabad. 

This new facility, which involved a Rs 642 crore investment, will produce advanced, high-efficiency 620 W DCR TOPCon solar modules. 

This technology is a significant upgrade from older solar panels, offering improved power density and performance, even in low-light conditions. 

The move positions Premier Energies as a leader in India's solar manufacturing industry and helps the country meet its renewable energy targets with domestically produced, high-quality components.
