The JSW Group is entering the defense sector through a strategic joint venture between its subsidiary, JSW Sarbloh Motors, and US-based Tomcar USA. 

This partnership will localize the production of Tomcar TX tactical all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) in India at JSW's facility in Chandigarh. 

The project aims to provide high-performance, indigenously manufactured ATVs for the Indian Armed Forces, Central Armed Police Forces, and other security agencies. 

This collaboration supports the "Make in India" initiative, reduces dependency on imported defense equipment, and establishes a domestic supply chain for critical military and security platforms.
