PFC Consulting Limited has floated a tender for development of transmission systems to evacuate 6.5 GW of renewable power from Gujarat.

The project will involve interstate transmission infrastructure to connect generation sites with demand centres.

The initiative supports integration of large-scale renewable energy capacity into the national grid. Gujarat continues to be a major hub for solar and wind energy projects. Bidding will proceed under standard competitive processes.
