Nidec India is significantly scaling up its manufacturing presence by establishing its third plant in Neemrana, Rajasthan. 

This expansion involves a substantial investment of approximately 10 billion yen, demonstrating a strong commitment to the Indian market. 

The primary objective of this new facility is to considerably increase the production of automotive motors to effectively meet the rapidly growing demand within the Indian mobility sector.

Specifically, the new plant will be dedicated to manufacturing motors for critical automotive applications, including electronic power steering systems, park lock actuators, and electric water pumps, underscoring Nidec's pivotal role in supporting the expansion of the automotive industry.

“In light of India’s sustained economic momentum and the accelerating entry of global automakers into the market, Nidec India’s latest expansion will play a critical role in addressing the growing need for reliable, efficient automotive motor solutions,” the company stated.
