Andhra Pradesh Cabinet approves investment proposals worth Rs 35,000 crore

The Andhra Pradesh Cabinet has recently granted its approval to a significant number of investment proposals, totaling 28 noteworthy projects with a cumulative value exceeding Rs 35,000 crore. 

These diverse initiatives are projected to generate close to 41,000 employment opportunities across the state, which will have a substantial positive impact on the region's economy. 

The investments span a wide array of sectors, including chemicals, electronics manufacturing, renewable energy projects, and mobile phone production, indicating a comprehensive and broad-based economic development strategy being implemented by the state.

Information minister Kolusu Parthasarathy and civil supplies minister Nadendla Manohar briefed the media on the decisions taken at the meeting presided over by chief minister Chandrababu Naidu. 

The major approvals related to the Deccan Fine Chemicals, the Bharat Electronics Ltd, the Blue Jet Healthcare, the Jupiter Renewables and PUR Energy, together investing Rs 9,246 crore and creating 7,766 jobs; the Mohan Spintex and ATC Tires AP Pvt Ltd investing Rs 2,261 crore with 2,125 jobs, and the Wingtech Mobile Communications investing Rs 1,061 crore in mobile phone manufacturing, generating over 10,000 jobs, the ministers said.
