Mascot Infrastructure announced it will build a large, connected industrial area spanning 385 acres in the Vithalapur area of Ahmedabad district.

The project, called Mascot Industrial City, is situated close to the well-known car manufacturing area in Vithalapur. It also has good links to important large-scale projects like the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor, Dholera SIR, GIFT City, and Sanand GIDC, according to Mascot Infra.

Sanjay Patel, the Managing Director of Mascot Infrastructure, said the new area is expected to become a major place for factories and moving goods in one of the country's fastest-growing manufacturing regions.

The company that builds properties had signed an agreement with the government of Gujarat for this project during the Vibrant Gujarat Global Summit in 2024.

Patel explained that the plan for the area includes sections for factories, homes, and businesses. It will offer land for industries, ready-to-use factory buildings, and storage spaces, as well as places to live like apartments, and other services such as hotels, a school, and food places.
