Manjeera Hospitality to develop new hotel under Andhra Pradesh tourism policy

Hospitality and Healthcare  -  Sep 10,2025  -

Manjeera Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is moving forward with plans to build and operate a new 4-star hotel in Andhra Pradesh under the globally recognized Holiday Inn brand.

This project has been greenlit with a series of incentives issued by the Government of Andhra Pradesh (GoAP) under its new tourism policy.

The GoAP’s new policy grants "Industry Status" to the hospitality and tourism sector, aiming to transform the state into a premier global tourism destination.

The incentives provided to Manjeera Hospitality are part of this new policy, which includes:

 * 100% stamp duty reimbursement on land purchases or leases for tourism projects.

 * A waiver of land conversion charges. * Capital subsidies for large projects. * 100% SGST (State Goods and Services Tax) reimbursement for a period of up to 15 years, based on the project’s scale.

These financial and non-financial incentives, which also include a single-window clearance system, are designed to encourage private investment in the state's tourism infrastructure.

This new hotel is expected to significantly enhance the hospitality offerings in the region, attract more business and leisure travelers, and contribute to local economic growth and job creation.
