Lemon Tree Hotels Limited, one of India’s fastest-growing hotel chains, continues its aggressive expansion by signing two new properties — Lemon Tree Premier Ayodhya and Lemon Tree Premier Guwahati. 

The Ayodhya property comes at a time when the temple town is undergoing rapid transformation as a spiritual and tourism hub following the Ram Temple’s completion. 

Meanwhile, the Guwahati hotel will cater to both business and leisure travelers, capitalizing on the Northeast’s rising air connectivity and industrial growth. 

Lemon Tree’s expansion reflects the surge in domestic tourism and India’s midscale hotel boom, supported by a strong recovery in occupancy post-pandemic. 

The company, which already operates over 95 hotels across 60 cities, aims to cross the 12,000-room mark by 2026 through a mix of owned and managed properties.
