KCC Buildcon has been declared the lowest (L1) bidder for a Rs 283 crore contract to develop a new greenfield airport in Bundi, Rajasthan. 

The project, tendered by the Airports Authority of India (AAI), is a crucial step in enhancing regional air connectivity. 

The scope of work includes comprehensive civil and electrical infrastructure development, such as earthworks, the construction of the runway, taxiways, apron, and the installation of navigational aids and runway lighting systems.

This win reinforces KCC Buildcon's position in the aviation infrastructure sector and is part of a broader government effort to improve air travel under the UDAN scheme.
