Gandhar Refinery has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA). They plan to work together to build a terminal at Vadhvan Port in Maharashtra.

This planned terminal will handle different types of goods like containers, bulk materials, and liquids. It will also include necessary buildings and facilities to support its operations.

This project is expected to be important for increasing the port's capacity and improving how efficiently things move along India's western coast.

Gandhar Refinery plans to invest about Rs 1,000 crore in this terminal. The goal is for the terminal to start working by 2030.
