Sonalis Consumer Products Limited (the Company) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Government of Maharashtra.

The Government of Maharashtra would facilitate the Company to invest approximately Rs. 100.00 Crore for setting up a business of Agriculture, warehouse, cold storage, processing for manufacturing of agriculture products in the state of Maharashtra.

Sonalis Consumer Products Limited was incorporated dated March 15 2022 with the Registrar of Companies. 

The roots can be traced back to Sonali Nilesh Kocharekar and Mrs. Smita Shashikant Shah both health-conscious food enthusiasts who enjoyed nutritious snacks like Nutri-Bars and healthy Indian trail mixes. 

They introduced a line of nutritious bars and snacks made from various Nuts Seeds Flours Healthy oil and various spices under the brand name of Appetite Food.
