Damodar Valley Corporation has invited bids to assess the feasibility of green hydrogen production and carbon capture projects across its operations. 

The study will evaluate technical viability, cost structures, and integration with existing thermal power infrastructure. 

This initiative reflects DVC’s intent to gradually decarbonise legacy assets while maintaining energy security. 

The assessment will also examine potential policy incentives and carbon reduction benefits. 

Outcomes from the study could shape future capital allocation towards low-carbon technologies.
