CFF Fluid Control has announced the signing of a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd. (GRSE), a prominent Government of India undertaking involved in the design, building, and repair of warships and other naval vessels. 

This strategic partnership is poised to bolster India's indigenous defence capabilities, particularly in the realm of naval and marine technologies.

The core objective of this collaboration is the joint development of subsea-based sonar systems. By pooling their respective strengths and technical expertise, CFF Fluid Control and GRSE aim to innovate and deliver advanced defence solutions crucial for modern naval warfare. 

Furthermore, the MoU outlines a commitment to jointly pursue and execute contracts related to sonar and other marine technologies, leveraging their combined domain knowledge and capabilities.

This strategic alliance comes at a time when India is rapidly modernizing its naval forces and emphasizing self-reliance in defence manufacturing.
