Bihar grants financial clearance to three private investment projects

The Bihar government has granted financial clearance to three private sector investment projects with a combined outlay of Rs. 406.81 crore, spanning manufacturing, logistics, and cement production. 

Prince Pipes & Fittings Ltd. will invest Rs. 199.45 crore to set up a pipes and fittings manufacturing facility in Begusarai with a capacity of 46,000 MIPA, strengthening supply to housing, irrigation, and infrastructure segments in eastern India. 

Logipark Patna Pvt. Ltd. has been cleared to develop a 5.59 lakh sq ft logistics park and warehouse in Vaishali at an investment of Rs. 100.04 crore, aimed at supporting e-commerce, FMCG, and regional distribution needs. 

Meanwhile, Rohtas Cement, a unit of Dalmia Cement, will invest Rs. 107.32 crore to expand capacity at its Banjari plant to 1.5 million TPD, aligned with rising demand from infrastructure and housing projects. 

Collectively, the projects are expected to boost industrial activity, improve logistics efficiency, and generate employment across Bihar.
