The Tourism Corporation of Gujarat (TCGL) has floated a tender for the development of a four-star hotel or resort near the Statue of Unity in Ekta Nagar, Gujarat.

The hotel will be spread over five hectares of land, situated next to Tent City 2 and across Panchmuli Lake. It's approximately 8.5 km from the Statue of Unity and about 90 km from Vadodara.

The hotel/resort is expected to have a minimum of 150 keys (rooms).

It will include themed multi-cuisine/specialty restaurants/coffee shops and an air-conditioned conference facility with a capacity for 2,000 people.

The work is scheduled to be completed within 24 months from a period of 180 days after the signing of the concession agreement. The last date for the submission of bids is July 30, 2025.
