Ahmedabad Municipal Transport Service (AMTS) is set to develop a multi-modal transport hub at Vadaj, Gujarat, with an investment of Rs. 250 crore under a public-private partnership model 

The hub aims to integrate bus transit, last-mile mobility, and possibly other shared-transport services, offering a seamless commuter experience. 

It also presents potential for transit-oriented development — with retail, passenger amenities and urban infrastructure around the hub.

The project could significantly reduce urban congestion, and support Ahmedabad’s long-term growth in transport infrastructure.
