AMSL (a Henkel JV) has announced a Rs. 1,500 crore investment to build a new advanced materials manufacturing facility in Telangana, focused on high-tech adhesives and specialty chemicals for automotive, aerospace and electronics industries. 

The project is intended to localise production for global OEM customers, strengthen supply-chain resilience and reduce reliance on imports. 

The facility will incorporate advanced automation and sustainable practices to meet stringent international quality standards. 

Telangana government officials have highlighted the investment as a boost to the state’s industrial manufacturing ecosystem. 

The new plant is poised to generate skilled jobs and enhance Telangana’s reputation as a hub for speciality chemicals.
