Amber Group of Industries has announced plans to establish a Rs.500 crore research and development centre in Rajpura, Punjab, marking a major push to strengthen its innovation and engineering capabilities. 

The facility will focus on advanced product design, electronics, embedded systems and next-generation manufacturing technologies. 

Rajpura was selected due to its improving industrial infrastructure, connectivity and availability of skilled talent. 

The centre is expected to support Amber’s growing presence in consumer durables, electronics manufacturing services and mobility solutions.

The investment is also likely to generate high-skilled employment and reinforce Punjab’s emerging role in technology-led manufacturing.
