Infrastructure major Dilip Buildcon is preparing to launch an Infrastructure Investment Trust (InvIT) focused on its renewable energy assets, following the success of its highways InvIT. 

The move will enable the company to monetise operational renewable projects while unlocking capital for future growth and balance sheet strengthening.
