ACME Solar Holdings has successfully raised Rs 1,100 crore (approximately $132 million) in a debt refinancing package from the State Bank of India (SBI) for its fully operational 300 MW solar power project in Rajasthan. 

The refinancing, secured for a tenure of nearly 17 years, is a strategic move designed to optimize financing costs for the project, which is expected to result in a reduction of approximately 100 basis points (1%) in the cost of debt.

The project has been operational for about six months and is reported to have been consistently maintaining optimum Capacity Utilization Factor (CUF) levels. 

This financial optimization is key to strengthening ACME's credit profile and supporting its broader corporate strategy to pursue significant capacity growth beyond its current operational portfolio of 2,890 MW across solar, wind, and hybrid solutions.
