The development of a multi-modal logistics park (MMLP) near Pune is progressing, with the project now entering the bidding stage. 

The Rs 1,685 crore hub is a collaboration between the National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC), and Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd. (RVNL). 

Strategically located near Talegaon, the 335-acre park will seamlessly integrate road, rail, and air transport, offering services like warehousing and cargo processing. 

This project aims to cut logistics costs, improve regional connectivity, and promote sustainability by shifting freight from road-only transport to multi-modal routes.
