Vipul Organics Limited, a prominent specialty chemicals company primarily known for its pigments and dyes, has announced a significant strategic diversification: its foray into membrane manufacturing.

This move is driven by the increasing global demand for advanced separation technologies, particularly in areas like water and wastewater treatment, food and beverage processing, pharmaceuticals, and various industrial filtration applications. 

The company recognizes membranes as essential enablers of scalable, high-performance solutions in these critical industrial operations.

Vipul Organics is establishing a separate, independent membrane manufacturing facility at its greenfield site in Saykha, Gujarat. This unit will house advanced R&D, engineering, and production capabilities.

The membrane initiative is being spearheaded by Dr. Vatsal Shah, son of Managing Director Vipul P Shah, who holds a PhD in Membrane Technology from Imperial College, London. His expertise will be crucial in this new domain.
