TVS Infrastructure Trust has inaugurated an expanded phase of its Tarkeshwar Industrial & Logistics Park at Gurrampalem near Visakhapatnam, completing additional warehousing and grade-A logistics capacity backed by around Rs. 250 crore of investment. 

The expansion targets growing e-commerce and manufacturing logistics demand on the east coast and benefits from Visakhapatnam’s port connectivity, rail links and improving road corridors. 

For institutional infrastructure trusts, such brownfield expansions improve asset yields and tenant mix while offering occupiers larger contiguous footprints and modern material-handling facilities. 

The development supports the broader trend of logistics real-estate maturation outside traditional west/north hubs.
