The Fern Hotels & Resorts has signed a new hotel project in Gorakhpur, expanding its hospitality presence in Uttar Pradesh.

Company officials said the expansion aligns with the brand’s strategy to strengthen its footprint in emerging tier-two and tier-three cities.

The hotel will be developed in partnership with a local developer under a management agreement.
