The Andhra Pradesh Medical Services & Infrastructure Development Corporation has issued a tender for a new medical college and a 625-bed hospital in Madanapalle. 

The project, with an estimated value of Rs 446.28 crore, will be executed under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model on a Design, Build, Finance, Operate, and Transfer (DBFOT) basis. 

The new facilities are designed to enhance the region's healthcare infrastructure and medical education capabilities. 

The medical college is planned to have 150 undergraduate and 24 postgraduate seats, addressing the increasing demand for skilled medical professionals. 

This initiative is part of the state's ongoing efforts to improve access to quality medical services and education. The deadline for bid submission is set for October 24, 2025.
