Sumadhura Group has signed an MoU to invest Rs. 600 crore to develop a 100-acre Grade-A industrial and logistics park in Telangana, targeting global manufacturers across automotive, aerospace, pharma and e-commerce sectors. 

The masterplan includes ready-to-move units, plug-and-play services and sustainable site infrastructure meant to lower time-to-market for tenants. 

The park is positioned to leverage Telangana’s connectivity and policy incentives to attract export-oriented units and improve regional supply-chain efficiency. 

Company and state officials expect the development to create jobs and draw ancillary investments over the next two years.
