Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd. has signed a management agreement for a 43-room Regenta Place hotel in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, a prominent pharmaceutical and industrial hub.

The upcoming property is expected to primarily serve business travellers, corporate meetings, and long-stay guests associated with the region’s manufacturing sector. 

This signing is part of Royal Orchid’s asset-light growth strategy, which focuses on expanding through management contracts rather than owned properties. 

The move strengthens the company’s presence in north India and in industrial clusters with consistent year-round demand. 

The hotel is expected to enhance Royal Orchid’s brand visibility in emerging business destinations.
