Royal Orchid Hotels (ROHL) has signed a new property - Regenta Resort Dehradun, located in Kulhan, Mulshi, Uttarakhand. 

With this addition, ROHL’s portfolio in Uttarakhand increases to eight hotels. The resort, marketed as an ‘Urban Retreat’, is situated on a 5,050 sq. mtrs. plot and offers breathtaking views of the Himalayan ranges and surrounding forests. 

The 50-key hotel, scheduled to open in June 2025, will operate under a management contract model, aligning with ROHL’s asset-light expansion strategy.

The property is conveniently located near popular tourist destinations like Mussoorie, Rishikesh, Haridwar, and Dhanaulti. It will feature an all-day dining venue, rooftop restaurant, spa, gym, infinity pool, kids' area, and a 12,300 sq. ft. banquet hall accompanied by a 1,506 sq. ft. open lawn and a 1,636 sq. ft. pre-function area, ideal for weddings and events.
