RITES Ltd, a public sector enterprise under the Ministry of Railways, has bagged a Rs 373 crore project management consultancy contract from the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) for the construction of a new outpatient department building. 

The project reinforces RITES’ growing footprint in the institutional infrastructure domain.

The contract includes comprehensive project management, design, and construction supervision services, reflecting the government’s trust in RITES’ technical capabilities and execution record. NIMHANS’ expansion aims to address increasing patient inflows and strengthen India’s healthcare infrastructure.
