Global logistics real estate player Prologis has commenced development of a logistics park in North Chennai with a potential of 1.1 million sq ft. The project targets demand from e-commerce, manufacturing, and third-party logistics players.

The park will offer modern warehousing infrastructure with integrated connectivity.
