PNC Infratech Ltd has emerged as the lowest bidder (L-1) for a new project tendered by South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), a subsidiary of Coal India. 

The selection of PNC Infratech as the L-1 bidder marks a significant development for the company, showcasing its competitive edge in securing large-scale infrastructure and mining-related contracts.
