Pavna Group, a leading manufacturer of auto-components, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Tamil Nadu government to establish a new plant in Shoolagiri. 

While the specific investment amount and capacity have not been disclosed, this strategic move is aimed at strengthening the company's production capabilities and market presence. 

The new facility will produce a range of components for two-wheelers and passenger vehicles, leveraging Tamil Nadu's position as a major automotive hub to create new jobs and enhance the company's growth trajectory.
