Pacific Group is set to develop a 15 lakh sq. ft. shopping mall and a 130-room hotel in Jaipur, Rajasthan, as part of its strategic business expansion.

The Group has acquired 11 acres of land in Jaipur for this purpose and plans to complete the mall by the end of 2026, with the hotel expected to open in 2027.

The Jaipur mall will be a major addition to the company’s growing footprint in India’s emerging urban centres. 

The company’s current retail portfolio includes over 30 lakh sq ft of shopping space spread across nine malls located in Delhi, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, and Dehradun. 

These existing properties are reported to be performing well, particularly in the food and beverage (F&B) segment

Pacific Group has already initiated the process of leasing out retail space to prospective tenants. The hotel, which will be managed by a hospitality chain, will add a complementary hospitality element to the new development.
