Accor has announced the signing of two new properties in Indore—Novotel Indore Super Corridor and ibis Styles Indore Super Corridor—marking a significant step in the group’s expansion in Central India. 

Scheduled to open in 2029, the dual-branded development will feature a total of 310 rooms, supporting the city's growing reputation as a business and lifestyle destination.

The project, developed by Pitraparvat Developers Private Limited, will be located in Indore’s Super Corridor, a key commercial and IT hub. 

The Novotel will offer 170 rooms, while the ibis Styles will include 140 rooms, catering to a wide mix of business travellers, MICE delegates, and leisure guests.

Both properties will include several dining options, a modern fitness centre, a swimming pool, and flexible event and banquet spaces, aligning with Accor’s commitment to delivering world-class hospitality experiences across market segments.
