The Oberoi Group has unveiled plans for four new properties across India, including two hotels under its luxury "Oberoi" brand and two under the upscale "Trident" brand. The announcement was made during the company's 75th Annual General Meeting, highlighting a strategic expansion plan to broaden its footprint in high-potential markets.

The new hotels will be operated under management contracts and will be located in Goa, Gir (Gujarat), Hyderabad, and near Bengaluru. The projects include:

The Oberoi, Gir: A 20-key luxury wildlife retreat near Gir National Park.

The Oberoi, Hyderabad: A 220-key luxury hotel in Knowledge City.

Trident, Fort Aguada: A 170-key hotel near Fort Aguada in Goa.

Trident, Nandi Hills: A 150-key property north of Bengaluru.

These new developments are part of a larger pipeline of 25 properties scheduled for completion by 2030, with a focus on both domestic and international expansion.
