NHPC floats Rs. 5,129 crore tender for Sawalkot hydro project

Power Generation  -  Feb 11,2026  - 

NHPC has floated a tender worth Rs. 5,129 crore for the Sawalkot hydroelectric project.

 

The tender includes civil and hydro-mechanical works for the project. The Sawalkot project is a key hydro development initiative.

 

The tender will be awarded through a competitive bidding process. Project execution will commence after contract finalisation.
