NDR InvIT Trust has strengthened its warehousing and industrial real estate portfolio with the acquisition of MLG Warehousing and Industrial Park in Lucknow for Rs 143.9 crore.

The Grade-A facility, located along the NH-30 corridor, offers strong highway connectivity and access to key logistics hubs in northern India.

The acquisition marks NDR InvIT’s growing footprint in North India, following its expansion in Delhi-NCR and Punjab. 

The trust aims to build a diversified portfolio of warehousing and industrial assets across high-demand corridors, supporting India’s organized logistics and e-commerce sectors.
