Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of a license agreement for a new property under its Keys Select by Lemon Tree Hotels brand, to be established in Mori Bera, Rajasthan. 

The upcoming resort is scheduled to open in financial year 2027 and will be managed by Carnation Hotels, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.
Lemon Tree Resort, Mori Bera, is set to offer a premium stay experience with a blend of comfort and leisure amenities. 

The property will feature 17 well-appointed rooms, alongside a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzis, and other thoughtfully designed public spaces, promising a relaxing and enriching stay for guests. Strategically located, the resort enjoys good connectivity. 

The nearest air transit hub, Udaipur Airport, is approximately 150 km away, while the Mori Bera railway station lies 2.7 km from the site. The property is also accessible by well-developed road networks, ensuring smooth connectivity through both public and private transport.

The property marks another step in Lemon Tree’s strategic expansion into leisure destinations, further supporting India’s growing tourism infrastructure.
