MoRTH floats tender for construction of two ROBs in Chhattisgarh

The Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has floated tender for the construction of two road over bridges (ROBs) in Chhattisgarh.

The first contract involves the construction of a two-lane ROB at NH Level Crossing No. AB-72, located at km 357.370 of NH-78 (now NH-43) on the Surajpur to Ambikapur road, and the estimated value of this work is Rs 28.4 crore. 

The second order, valued at Rs 63.15 crore, is for a two-lane ROB at LC No. AB-27 (Belbahara ROB) on the Manendragarh to Ambikapur section of NH-43 (previously NH-78). This bridge will be constructed at NH km 264.000 and railway chainage 937.14-15, located between Udalkachar and Boridand stations.

The work in each contract is to be completed within a period of 18 months from the date of commencement.

Bid submission due date for both is by 09 June, 2025.
