Migsun Group has signed an agreement to develop a clubhouse for a 200-key hotel at its Migsun Janpath project in Lucknow. 

The hotel will operate under a long-term revenue-sharing lease model, enhancing the commercial appeal of the mixed-use development. 

The project is aimed at catering to growing business and leisure travel demand in the city. 

It also signals rising investor confidence in Tier-2 hospitality markets.
