INOX Clean Energy has completed a 250 MWp solar asset buyout from Sunsource Energy, strengthening its renewable energy footprint. 

The acquisition enhances INOX’s operational capacity and long-term power generation portfolio. 

The deal is part of the company’s strategy to scale up clean energy assets through both organic and inorganic routes. 

It also underscores consolidation trends in India’s utility-scale solar market.
