Lumax Auto Technologies, a company focused on automotive components, announced that it has created a new company under its full ownership called Lumax Auto Solutions Private Limited. This new subsidiary was officially registered on July 26, 2025.

Lumax Auto Solutions has an initial capital of Rs 10 lakh and will operate directly within the automotive components sector. 

This move is part of Lumax Auto Technologies' larger business plan to grow its presence and take advantage of new opportunities in the automotive industry.

The company stated that forming this subsidiary will help Lumax expand its operations and strengthen its position in the market for car parts.
