LML Realty has announced plans to develop a 35-acre industrial park.

The project will provide industrial plots along with basic infrastructure facilities.

It is aimed at attracting manufacturing, warehousing, and logistics units. The industrial park will be developed in phases based on demand.

The project will support regional industrial development. Implementation is subject to regulatory approvals.
